You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been packed for dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 99995 16111) or email chardikalaglobal@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Refund Policy instead.
Orders involving custom stitching or fabric cut to your measurements cannot be cancelled once cutting or tailoring has started, as these are made specifically for you.
Where a cancellation is accepted, any payment made is refunded as per our Refund Policy, within 7 business days.
